Fixed Cost vs Hourly Rate
The cost of having a full custom website developed can be on a predetermined quote amount (fixed cost) to be determined by laying out all options for the website up front and then providing the client with a bid amount, or on a strickly hourly rate (hourly rate is $75/hour). Estimates for the completed costs for hourly rate sites can be given, but those are only estimates and are not a fixed cost for the site.
In ten years of doing business we have found that the client is more likely to end up with a site that they are happy with by going with the hourly rate and not a fixed cost site. This is because of all the things that come up during the design process that are not thought of during the planning phase that enhance the overall effectiveness of the site. By allowing the flexibility of an hourly rate we feel we have more creative leaway from our client to come up with something special.

Once you have a new website it is important that you keep it up to date and fresh. The sites we produce are done in such a way that it is possible with software such as Dreamweaver by Adobe, that you can download and edit your own website pages without our involvement. If that is your wish then we will assist you in learning what is needed to make that happen.
If you wish to have us maintain and update your site for you, changes will be billed at our hourly rate of $75 per hour with a minimum charge of $25. Changes are to be emailed to us and are usually completed within 24 hours.
